Faroudja LD100 Scan/Line Doubler The Faroudja LD100 is an elegant device for line doubling a video signal. This unit will double the signal frequency from 15.75KHz to 31.5KHz. The LD100 has multiple inputs (composite video, Y/C, and component or RGB) and can be used as a 3 source switcher. The output can be either Red/Green/Blue and composite sync; or the sync can be separated into horizontal and vertical sync. Besides the 5 BNC output connectors, there is a 15 pin, VGA connector, allowing you to monitor the output on a separate device. For anyone with a home theater, or other projection applications, this is a must have piece of equipment. Every video signal; broadcast, VHS, DVD, cable or any other NTSC signal will look 100% better after going through the LD100. Faroudja Laboratories is a well-known company that makes outstanding products for the broadcast, corporate, and consumer markets. They have won numerous awards including Emmys and from SMPTE. This particular unit was used by an audio visual staging company. We take exceptional care of our equipment All items travel and are stored in rugged road cases. The top of the LD100 has some very small blemishes from being pulled out of racks and the brightness knob shaft is a little bit bent, but other than that, it is in completely operational condition. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. Money Orders and Cashier Checks are also welcome. If you pay with a personal or business check, we will ship once the check has cleared our bank. Massachusetts residents will have to pay 5% sales tax. We can ship FedEx, UPS Ground, or USPS.
