No local pickups are allowed.  All items are directly shipped out as ¨gift〃 by normal international airmail via Hong Kong Post Office (http://www.hongkongpost.com).  It normally takes approximately 7-18 working days for arrival.  Some countries like ITALY, SPAIN, CANADA and BRAZIL may take longer due to long-time local custom check. Hong Kong Post Office will not provide any tracking number for normal international airmail.  It is highly recommended the buyer to pay insurance (sent by registered mail with tracking number provided) if the buyer wants the item being insured.  We are not responsible for any loss of the mail if the item is not insured.  We only ship the item(s) to the address according to eBay information.
