The FL-40 is compatible with Olympus E-Series cameras, Olympus Ultra Zoom cameras and most Olympus C-Series cameras.I purchased these new a few years ago and never used them, so the are as new. The Flash was taken out of the box for the pictures, but has never been mounted on a camera. All the original boxes and the instruction manual for the flash are included. See the pictures. As I recall, the Flash cost me about $330 and the other two items were almost $100, so I think that this could be a real good deal for the buyer.
